Responsible Gambling
on pkr07

Gambling is entertainment — and at pkr07 we want it to stay that way. This page covers the tools, resources and guidance available to help Pakistani users stay in control, set meaningful limits, and seek help if gambling ever stops being fun.

18+

Adults Only

pkr07 is strictly for users aged 18 or older, or the higher minimum required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction.

Age Restriction

This Platform is for Adults Only

No person under the age of 18 — or the higher minimum required by the relevant operator or licence jurisdiction — may register, access or use the pkr07 platform in any capacity. This restriction is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the user's location, including all cities across Pakistan such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad and Multan.

The 18+ requirement does not imply that online gambling is lawful for adults in Pakistan. The Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and applicable provincial legislation govern gambling activity. Users are solely responsible for verifying whether their access and participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. pkr07 does not provide legal advice.

Underage access: If you believe a minor is accessing this platform using your account or device, please change your login credentials immediately and contact our support team. Parental control software is strongly recommended for shared devices used by children.
  • Age verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals are processed
  • Date of birth is verified against government-issued ID documents
  • Accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately and balances forfeited
  • All account registrations are screened for age compliance
Protection Tools

Tools to Keep You in Control

pkr07 actively promotes the use of these responsible gambling tools. Access them through your account settings at any time — no waiting period required for most controls.

Deposit Limits
Recommended

Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week or month in PKR. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits can be made until the period resets. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period before taking effect.

Loss Limits
Important

Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period — daily, weekly or monthly in PKR. When your loss limit is reached, further play is suspended for that period. This tool is one of the most effective ways to prevent uncontrolled spending during a losing streak.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum continuous playing session. When your time limit is reached, you will receive a notification and be prompted to take a break or log out. Time limits help prevent extended sessions that can impair judgment and lead to chasing losses — a common pattern in problem gambling behaviour.

Reality Check Reminders

Enable periodic pop-up reminders that display how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session. These prompts encourage you to pause, reflect and make an active decision about whether to continue — rather than playing on autopilot.

Cooling-Off Periods

Take a short break from the platform without committing to a full self-exclusion. Cooling-off periods range from 24 hours to 6 weeks and prevent login during that time. This tool is useful if you feel your gambling is becoming more frequent than you would like, but you are not ready for a longer exclusion.

Self-Exclusion
Priority Tool

Request a voluntary self-exclusion for a defined period (typically 6 months, 1 year, 3 years or 5 years) or permanently. Once active, your account is closed and you cannot register a new account during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority — typically within 24 hours of receipt.

How Limits Work

Setting PKR Limits — A Practical Example

The examples below illustrate how deposit and loss limits operate in practice. All PKR figures are illustrative only and do not represent guaranteed platform minimums or maximums. Always check your live account settings for operative values.

Daily Deposit Limit (Illustrative: PKR 2,000) PKR 1,400 used
Weekly Loss Limit (Illustrative: PKR 10,000) PKR 3,500 used
Session Time Limit (Illustrative: 2 Hours) 45 min used
Monthly Deposit Limit (Illustrative: PKR 25,000) PKR 9,000 used

* Figures shown are illustrative examples only. Your actual limits depend on settings you configure in your account.

How to Apply Limits

Setting Up Your Controls

Log Into Your Account

Sign in to your pkr07 account from any browser. Controls are accessible from all devices — desktop, tablet or mobile. No app download is required to set or modify responsible gambling tools.

Navigate to Account Settings

Open the Account Settings menu and select "Responsible Gambling" or "Player Protection" — the exact label may vary. All limit and exclusion tools are grouped in this section for easy access.

Choose Your Limit Type

Select whether you want a deposit limit, loss limit, session time limit, reality check, cooling-off period or self-exclusion. Each tool operates independently so you can apply multiple controls simultaneously.

Confirm and Activate

Enter your desired PKR limit or time value and confirm. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a mandatory delay (typically 24–72 hours) to protect against impulsive decisions made during a losing session.

Need immediate help? If you need a self-exclusion actioned urgently, do not wait — contact our support team directly at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are prioritised and actioned as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours.
Know the Signs

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone regardless of income, background or experience. Recognising the signs early makes it far easier to address. If any of the following sound familiar, please consider using the tools above or reaching out for support.

Gambling with money set aside for essentials — rent, food, utilities or children's needs — or borrowing money specifically to gamble.

Chasing losses: increasing bets or deposit amounts to try to recover money already lost in a previous session.

Feeling restless, irritable or anxious when not gambling, or when attempting to reduce or stop gambling activity.

Spending significantly more time gambling than originally intended — particularly extending sessions well into the night.

Lying to family members, friends or employers about gambling activity, time spent, or the amounts won or lost.

Neglecting work, family responsibilities, health or social relationships because of gambling activity.

Repeated unsuccessful attempts to reduce, control or stop gambling despite a genuine desire to do so.

Experiencing significant mood swings, depression or anxiety that appear linked to gambling wins or losses.

Feeling that gambling is the only way to escape problems, relieve stress, or experience excitement in daily life.

If you recognise three or more of the above in your own behaviour, gambling may already be having a harmful effect on your life. You do not have to wait until a crisis point to seek support. Early intervention is significantly more effective. Please use the self-exclusion tool or contact support today.

Healthy Gambling Habits

Responsible gambling isn't just about what to do when things go wrong — it starts with building good habits from the beginning. Follow these principles to keep gambling a positive experience.

  • Set a firm PKR budget before each session and do not exceed it under any circumstances
  • Treat gambling as entertainment, not as a source of income or financial relief
  • Never gamble while tired, stressed, emotionally upset, or under the influence of alcohol
  • Take regular breaks — step away for at least 10 minutes every hour of play
  • Never chase losses. Accept that losses are part of gambling and walk away when your budget is spent
  • Keep gambling time separate from work, family obligations and daily responsibilities
  • Use deposit and loss limits proactively — before problems arise, not after
  • Be honest with yourself about how much time and money you are spending
  • Talk openly with someone you trust if you feel gambling is becoming a concern
  • Remember that no strategy guarantees a win — all games have a house edge

International Resource
Gamblers Anonymous

Gamblers Anonymous (GA) is a peer-support fellowship for individuals affected by compulsive gambling. Meetings are available internationally and online. GA follows a 12-step recovery programme and provides a non-judgmental community environment.

Search "Gamblers Anonymous" to find meeting schedules and online support options.

Online Support
GamCare

GamCare provides free information, advice and support for people affected by problem gambling. Their resources include online counselling, a live chat helpline, and a range of self-help tools and guided programmes.

GamCare services are primarily available in English and may be accessible to users internationally via their website.

Self-Help Tool
GamStop (UK-Based)

GamStop is a free online self-exclusion scheme for UK-licensed gambling websites. While primarily serving UK users, it is a model example of a structured national self-exclusion programme that demonstrates effective responsible gambling practice.

Pakistani users should use the self-exclusion tools provided directly through pkr07 and licensed operators.

Mental Health — Pakistan
Pakistan Mental Health Support

Several mental health helplines and counselling services operate within Pakistan. If gambling-related stress is affecting your mental wellbeing, speaking with a qualified mental health professional — available in cities including Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad — is strongly recommended.

Search for mental health services in your city or contact a local hospital's psychiatric department.

Financial Counselling
Debt and Financial Advice

If gambling has caused significant financial difficulty, a financial counsellor can help you create a recovery plan. In Pakistan, the Akhuwat Foundation and similar non-profit organisations offer financial guidance and support to individuals in financial distress.
